To start, we have produced some great designs and categorized them into collections. Beyond that, we customize our mantel styles or sizes for each client. We are also able to work to achieve either a completely new design concept or to build a mantel to match a photo found online or magazine, and etc.

Our sprayed method to make GFRC products is similar to shortcrete where the fluid concrete mixture is sprayed into the molds. We use a specialized spray gun to apply the fluid concrete mixture and to cut and spray long glass fibers from a continuous spool at the same time which creates a strong product.
Installation

By following easy steps provided in the INSTALLATION MANUAL, installation will be easy. Carefully unpack the hearth, mantel, legs and filler panels (if applicable) from the pallet and inspect for damage that may have occurred during shipment. Set each piece on the floor and read the instructions.
